The customer needed a platform that would display the latest and upcoming hiking and trekking schedule listings as well as informational content regarding adventure traveling.

Intelegain’s Solution
Intelegain worked with the client to develop and design a web portal for hiking and trekking organizers to list their scheduled events as well as backpackers who are interested in finding places of interest for adventure traveling.
Using the web portal, travellers interested in going trekking, river-rafting, hiking and other outdoors activity can find these activities listed by their respective organizers on a single platform. The listing gave backpackers the information regarding destination, time and other particulars regarding the trip. A user can explore and accordingly book one or more activities of interest from different organizers.
The portal incorporated registration and enquiry facility for those interested. Furthermore, the website also included a blog section where articles of informational content regarding hiking and trekking are posted.
Results
The web portal is incredibly user-friendly and successfully bridged the gap between the hike-trek organizers and backpackers which the client intended to do.
