The customer commissioned Intelegain services to create a hotel management solution that streamlined their processes and had a booking system which was error-free. Furthermore, the system needed to be a tool that would realize their objective of distributing their properties to many tourist channels as they needed automatically.

Intelegain's Solution
Intelegain’s team developed a hotel management solution, which is integrated with Australia’s top 10 property management systems.
This system includes Property Management System (PMS), which enables hotels (big and small) to maintain their multiple properties and a front desk system for managing books, guest details, invoices and cancellations etc.
The solution also comprises of a channel manager, which allows managers to manage & update inventory which includes- room-rates, stop-sell, allocations and other parameters on multiple online travel agencies from a central location – to maximize occupancy rates.
RESULT
By offering end hotels a way to manage their property from a central system, it cut down on time spent on updating the associated online travel agencies. Intelegain’s solution increased the number or regional and international hotel subscription, hence increasing customer’s profit. With real-time inventory management, overlaps in booking were prevented- maximizing customer satisfaction.
