Insurance Claim Evaluation Platform
Case Challenge
The customer commissioned Intelegain to design its workflow manager – a document management system to support a range of “Know your Beneficiary” (KYB) and “Know Your Provider” (KYP) fraud prevention and risk management service. They approached Intelegain due to issues with bad UX and UI. The customer needed the user interface to be fast, modern and to work seamlessly, a product that would simplify the overall evaluation and verification process.
Technology And Tools
Analyzing the customer’s requirement, we decided to use Angular 4.0 framework, HTML/CSS, ASP.NET technology stack for the front-end layer of the project.
Intelegain’s Solution
The customer’s healthcare insurance claim analytics and admission/ enrollment management software enabled a collaborative, transparent and efficient approach to risk management in healthcare organizations and private/ public higher education institutions.
Result
Intelegain’s design helped generate a fluid experience for analysts for data verification process from filing to evaluation to end result. It also helped create a solid visual design which represents their brand.
